Yes. Please book for the number of children you are inviting, including the birthday child. Once your final numbers are confirmed, simply email us and we’ll be happy to amend your booking.
Yes. Additional adults can either be paid for by the party organiser or booked separately by each parent for the same session as their child. We recommend pre-booking adult spaces, especially during busy periods. If you’d like a booking link to share with parents, please email us and we’ll be happy to help.
At Quackers, adults are welcome to join in and play on the equipment with their children. The adult admission fee helps us manage capacity safely and maintain the facilities for everyone to enjoy.
We strongly recommend pre-booking to guarantee your space. During busy times, we may not be able to accept walk-ins, and we don’t want anyone to be disappointed. Payment is required in advance to secure your booking, as we have previously experienced large bookings that did not attend.
No. Party food can be ordered on the day, which means each child can choose what they would like when they arrive.
Yes. You’re welcome to bring decorations such as balloons, banners and cake candles. We just ask that decorations are not attached to our walls or paintwork, to help prevent damage and everyday wear and tear.
Yes. To book a joint party, please make one party booking online. When completing the party form, add both birthday children’s names so we can personalise the invitations. All correspondence will be sent to the named party booker. Deposits and final payments must be made in one transaction, so payment arrangements should be organised between the party organisers.
You can arrive at any time during your booked session. We recommend arriving early so you can make the most of all our facilities.
Yes. Our indoor play sessions last for 3 hours, but you’re very welcome to stay and enjoy our outdoor area afterwards. There are climbing frames, a sandpit, a story house and pedal go-karts, plus you can take a walk around the lake and feed the ducks. You’re also welcome to continue using our toilet facilities and café area, or enjoy a takeaway outside.
Yes. You’re welcome to bring your own food, but we ask that it is not eaten in the play area. Seating is available in our café, or, weather permitting, you can enjoy a picnic in our outdoor area.
Yes. If you are still within your 3-hour session, you can move between the indoor and outdoor areas as you wish. Once your indoor play session has ended, you’re welcome to stay and enjoy the outdoor lake and park area, as well as continue using our café and toilet facilities.
